Our Story

Lacrosse has been a conversation starter for my family, for as long as I can remember. We're always talking about our practices, tryouts, games, and lacrosse events. We love the game, and all that it stands for, and as you can tell, it's a big part of who we are as a family. So during my junior year of high school, we began talking about starting a lacrosse-inspired company, and that's how Liv Lax® was born.

We're a small business, with deep roots in the great state of Vermont. My mom and I started the company with a vision to create our own business, and have tons of fun doing it! We wanted to answer the question, "Why can't your job be equally rewarding and fun?" Well, Liv Lax® is just that! As our company grows, we are getting closer as a family, and I am learning a lot about running a successful business.

All of our products are unique, and made from high quality materials. Our first products are handmade Spirit Bracelets, key chains, and bag pulls made from the same materials used to string a lacrosse stick. We plan to add clothing and accessories in our upcoming collections, and we're excited to see what the future holds.

My passion for lacrosse began at a young age. Throughout the years I have played, managed, referred, and coached the sport, and I now bring that same energy to Liv Lax®.

My backgrounds in business administration and supply chain have helped Liv Lax® move from a small scale start-up to a well known lacrosse brand. I feel lucky to pursue what I love and I look forward to sharing it with you.

One half of our mother and daughter team, my mom, Jen, has used her love for both playing and coaching lacrosse to make running Liv Lax® her new passion.

My mom has used her retail management and hospitality backgrounds, to help us better serve our customers and to grow our business. Without her help, and love for Liv Lax®, we would only be half as good as we are today.

My dad, Rick, is a serial entrepreneur who's helped me develop my vision for Liv Lax®. He has taught me so much about running my own company, and this has made me a better business woman.

He grew up playing lacrosse in upstate New York and Vermont, and is now a youth lacrosse and hockey coach. He also runs several successful companies. He loves lacrosse, hockey, design and creating new businesses.
